The HR Leader, Technology will lead all aspects of our people systems and compensation programs for RH. This includes partnering with cross-functional team to iterate current practices and create next practices as well as provide solutions as our business grows domestically and internationally.

Lead the vision, strategy, enhancements and upgrades for our ecosystem of HR tools, processes and systems. Including HRIS (Oracle HCM), LMS, ATS, Onboarding, Compensation, and Performance Management.
Lead the planning and execution of related projects, ensuring alignment with our People Strategy. This includes partnering cross-functionally to deliver all projects.
Responsible for the development of HR analytics and for ensuring the integrity of all HR systems data.
Proactively provide continuous needs analysis and business recommendations to drive changes in support of the People Strategy as our company grows and scales. Lead the implementation of all changes.
Develop simple tools and optimize the use of technology to amplify our leaders while ensuring the effective synchronization of HR systems interface with other internal systems.
Partner with our Communications team to ensure the communication and education of all programs and accessible and easy to understand.
Govern HR data, and conduct regular auditing of HR data to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Improve system efficiency and assist with change management efforts. Ensure all SOX and Internal Controls are met.
Progressive experience with HR systems, processes and tools with the demonstrated ability to deliver processes and tools that are simple to use and amplify leaders
A team player with the ability to establish collaborative, cross-functional relationships. Creative, curious with a point of view.
Experience leading compensation or with compensation programs.
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills required, data modeling preferred.
Demonstrates drive and desire with the ability to produce timely deliverables and lead multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of HRIS systems design, structure, data flows and processes
Experience in a publicly traded company or with SOX compliance is preferred
