About the Role

As the HR Leader for GO-TO Market organization, you will spearhead transformative HR initiatives essential for propelling our sales, practice & business development team and driving organizational success. This pivotal role demands a sophisticated and strategic HR approach, coupled with the added responsibility of serving as the Americas HR leader temporarily during the course of this year. Your mandate will be to closely partner with sales & larger senior leadership teams to orchestrate HR strategies that seamlessly integrate with our business objectives, cultivate an empowering work culture, and optimize organizational performance.

Job Responsibilities

Ideal candidates are strong people leaders who are comfortable navigating challenging situations in a fast-paced environment with significant change; employing only the most effective HR processes which will enable the organization to innovate and grow. You should have led HR business partnership for Sales team in technology services organizations

The successful HR Business Partner embraces new challenges, connects dots across industries and functions to generate new insights and is commercially savvy thereby drives high-impact results both for business and employees. He/s is a bar raiser particularly while hiring talent and fostering a culture trust, collaboration and belongingness.

Some role highlights includes:

  • Providing strategic HR business partnership to the Sales team, a growing organization of the 50+ team members along with the overall ~200 HC in Americas

  • Strategically and empathetically lead a team of HR associates to deliver best-in-class service to our partners and clients

  • Serve as an integral, data-driven thought partner accelerating problem-solving and driving business outcomes through human capital strategies

  • Oversee and direct the prioritization and delivery of HR solutions to the business, including: people strategy, culture and belonging, organizational efficiency, workforce planning, and succession management

  • Partner with the leadership team on planning and delivering HR solutions to the business

  • Operate as a trusted advisor to executives serving as the expert on people and organizational issues

Required Skills

  • 15 years' experience as a HR Business Partner and grown into a leader

  • Strong business and financial acumen; ability to understand business focus and build people strategies in line with it.

  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and ability to influence a wide spectrum of people

  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret dashboards and reports, to synthesize insights, and to leverage those to make data-based decisions

  • Demonstrated success in human resource interventions with measurable outcomes for the business

  • Working knowledge of US employment laws and regulations, leading compliance and employee relations investigations

Required Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience OR preferred Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8+ years of relevant experience

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
