R.H. White is looking for a temporary HR Intern to join our team!
The HR Intern will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in all aspects of the position, including answering and directing calls, maintaining personnel files, accurate data entry into HRIS, filing, and special projects in a fast paced human resources department.
Interact internally with employees, both verbally and written
Process all incoming personnel transactions per established procedures
Organize, file and scan documents
Upload historical personnel data into the company HRIS/ERP system
Run reports and prepare various statistical summaries and reports for management
Maintain I-9 records and audit monthly
Current enrollment in a 4-year business or technical degree OR equivalent combination of training & experience
Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Proficient level experience in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational skills required
Ability to work as a team, take direction, work independently and ask clarifying questions as needed
