As we continue to evolve, the Human Resources team is looking to improve its ability to support key business challenges and decisions through the use of meaningful data and insights. We recently streamlined some of our HR systems by implementing a new, comprehensive, global HR system which means there are new opportunities to discover ways to use our data for true business impact. Human Resources Intern
Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management and Global HR Operations to focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs to generate actionable insights.
Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis and visualization.
Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis from multiple data sources
Apply statistical analysis to structured and unstructured HR data.
Collaborate with functional leads to derive trends, visualizations and benchmark against industry averages
Pursuing degree in data science, mathematics or statistics.
Development experience in databases (MySQL, Redshift etc)
Proficient with Python or R as well as advanced excel
Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports and presentations
Ability to learn other analytical tools
