Soliel, LLC is seeking a HR Generalist to support a federal customer.

Location: Fort Eustis, VA

Start Date: Immediately

Clearance: Secret

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide management analyst services for Military Personnel to government customer.

• Be responsible for processing and tracking organization awards from submission through completion along with other military HR functions.

• The duties performed will be to time-sensitive and highly visible.

Required Skills:

• Be fully qualified word processing typist with a minimum of 50 WPM is required.

• Possess General office administrative and clerical skills to perform receptionist duties and answer telephones, organize award presentations and database, and personnel status tracking.

• Possess Office automation skills consistent with accomplishing clerical, statistical and data entry tasks in support of the administrative work of the office, using an automated data processing (ADP) system.

• Possess ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Required Experience:

• Possess minimum of 2 years' relevant experience within the past 4 years related to working

• Possess Military HR career field, or as a civilian performing HR function experience.

• Be a U.S. citizen

Education:

• Have an Associate degree or higher.
