Recruitment sourcing /employment
Employment law compliance
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
Partnering with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations
Managing assigned HR-related tasks in Workday, such as conducting exit interviews, associate data changing, onboarding tasks, document repository
Responding to employee relation issues such as employee complaints and harassment allegations
Representing the company for any unemployment claims, state requests, and garnishments
Facilitating local HR training needs (i.e., benefits, anti-harassment, etc.) as needed
Interviewing, screening and recruiting job applicants to fill entry-level, professional and technical job openings
Assisting new-hires with onboarding (i.e., general queries, benefits, Workday, introductions for proper assimilation)
Assisting in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; preparing and maintaining the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual
Performing benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting and communicating benefits information to employees
Collaborating with Finance to ensure accuracy on invoices/payments
Maintaining compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations
