Support the continuous improvement of the HR function through development and implementation of

HR programs in an assigned geography or business line. With guidance, provide HR support to employees and

management across assigned service areas, business units or departments.


  • Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR specialist functions/Centers of Excellence, e.g., HRPSC,

Finance PSC.

  • Support the process of new employee orientation where appropriate.

  • Conduct ad hoc reviews as directed, with guidance, and propose recommendations in handling employment

legislation, compliance, HR systems, practices and procedures. With guidance, provide support and education to

line management.

  • Participate as assigned in working with senior HR team members for the day-to-day development and

implementation of new local and global HR initiatives.

  • Work with more experienced HR team members on organizational effectiveness and HR partnering change

management efforts associated with reorganizations, mergers/acquisitions and transfers to ensure compliance to

local legislation.

  • Provide reports and analyses as requested by senior management.

  • Support line managers in the recruitment and selection process where appropriate.

  • Operate as first point of contact for HR related queries and work in conjunction with senior members of the HR

team and line management on issues.

  • Sound knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and HRIS applications

  • Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Very high degree discretion and confidentiality

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients


  • Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent and 1 year experience within an HR function as a generalist or

combination of generalist and specialist experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and


  • Professional HR accreditation in progress



  • Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech or the use of other

communication systems such as email or instant communicator

  • Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers or other equipment such as voice recognition software

that will provide access to electronic data

  • Regular sitting for extended periods of time

  • Occasional travel may be require

Your Function: As a Junior HR Business Partner (HRBP) you will partner with the Global HRBP's in several projects/assignments. You will be working across all aspects of HR, including the full employee lifecyle, through to L&D and employee relations. Working closely with the managers/team leads and coaching them in growing their skills and driving performance within their teams, pre-empting potential ER issues and advising on current case management. All while delivering innovative learning solutions to bridge skills gaps and increase engagement. Day to Day: * Work closely with Global HRBP's to pro-actively support several business lines with the realization of the strategic goals by implementation, application and execution of (local and global) HR policies, tools and processes. * Support Global HRBPs in in all kind of projects, assignments and reporting activities. * Act as the subject matter expert for the implementation of HR policies, programs and processes, aligned with global HR guidelines and in partnership with the respective Global HRBP which are tailored to country-specific requirements, regulations and culture. This includes e.g. performance management cycles, compensation reviews & succession planning. * Support the implementation of organizational changes, in order to realize an optimal fit now and in the future between the organization goals, required capacity and the competencies and engagement of our members. Your Profile: * Bachelor's degree required * 3+ years of relevant HR experience * Ability to multi-task when working in a challenging role in a changing and demanding environment. * Skilled in running projects, to determine targets and priorities and to indicate the actions, time and resources required to reach those targets and to ensure that deadlines agreed to are met. * Excellent communication and reporting/analytical skills. * Potential to grow in to a Senior HR (Business Partner) role.
