Start working as an Office Assistant today! We are a growing local non-profit firm looking to hire a highly-skilled and motivated Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant to provide support with various administrative duties.

Are you a self-starter who loves handling multiple projects at once with a positive outlook? Then we have a position for you. How you will make an impact ? Filing, copying and faxing for multiple departments ? Maintain office facility ? Route calls appropriately ? Data entry

What we're looking for ? Ability to multi-task efficiently and prioritize work ? Complete tasks independently ? Implement and improve changes in procedures immediately ? An enthusiastic teammate who is willing to take on anything from small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests ? Ability to operate basic office equipment, complete general office work and route incoming materials ? Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft excel preferred

The HRG will work directly with the HR Manager and provide support to the Regional Manager overseeing multiple states. This position will also be responsible for: * Recruiting, * On-boarding new employees, * New hire orientation, * Assisting the Regional Manager with pre-employment processing and assisting with scheduling of float staff. The HRG will also be responsible for maintaining the HR database and proper inputting of employee classifications, prepare monthly reports, processing and responding to unemployment claims and employee relations for their respective states. Education and Experience: The successful candidate will have a Bachelors degree in HR or business management with at least 3 5 years of human resource experience. Must have experience maintaining employee files, resolving conflict, general office/administrative experience with HRIS, ATS, Microsoft Office Suite and working with multi-state locations.
