As the HR Generalist / Jr. HRBP, you will instill these values in all aspects of the position. The HR Generalist / Jr. HRBP works closely with HR staff and business management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human relations, organizational and employee development at the business unit or division level. Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach. Assists management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process oriented perspectives. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
Introduce HR related services & processes into assigned organizations/client groups
Accompanies and implements change projects together with management
Participates in business projects, representing HR
Supports and guides managers as well as individual employees in talent and performance management processes.
Provide coaching to management and ensures timely, effective execution of all HR related work (i.e. personnel selection and placement, transfer and separation, succession planning at operational levels, compensation decisions, local organizational design, employee relations coaching for management, discipline and performance management).
Ensures legal compliance for areas of responsibility/client groups.
Guides employees and superiors in employee relations, conflict resolution, talent and performance management, and organization changes.
Acts as company representative to outside organizations as assigned (courts, recruiting, fairs, local networks, unemployment hearings).
Responsible for the tracking and reporting of HR KPIs on a monthly basis including analysis of trends and forecast.
Responsible for providing HR Business support to some client groups.
At least 5 years HR related experience
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Self-motivated who demonstrates a high level of initiative

7+ years of HR related experience
Experience in one or more HR core activity: Talent Management, Recruiting, or Compensation
PHR or SCPHR certification
