• About 3 days per week you will commute to a different client site. Those sites could be as far as 2 hours from the office in Mount Pleasant
• Mondays and Fridays are generally in the office, or working remotely from home

HR Value Partners is the HR solution for small businesses (between 10 and 99 employees). We’ve been in business for 11 years and we’re actively growing. Here are the key things we’re looking for in an ideal candidate:

• A firm grasp of all aspects of HR (certification preferred but not required)
• At least 3 years of generalist experience (knowledge of multiple industries, i.e. manufacturing, non-profit, etc., is a plus)
• Patience and strong listening skills
• The ability to think on your feet and project confidence/authority
• Comfort overseeing the work of others as a hands-on working supervisor
• Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and to switch gears quickly and often
• Ability to get work done through others (you will have two direct reports to support you with your client responsibilities)

The work of this job is a combination of HR Related administrative work, client consulting, recruiting process management and project management. You’ll have a solid support structure including administrative support, the support of other Generalists and the support of the Director of HR Operations to whom you will report.
