HR Generalist

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an HR Generalist. Position type:

Full-Time. Duration: 3 Months Location: Roswell, GA As an HR Generalist, you will be:

Responsible for administrative support in relation to a Human Resources organization project for supporting HR and leaders across the globe and will need to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships throughout companies’ diverse global business teams. Complete administrative tasks in support of end-to-end HR processes such as document development, tracking work progression against established timelines, etc. Maintains accurate employee records and files for easy retrieval when information is requested or needed.

Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data entry / processing and corrections. Track and validate data and run reports on a routine basis and or as needed. Provide HR System Management (Workday) support for all organizations and people related changes.

Liaise with Talent Acquisition on recruiting needs. Liaise with HR staff and HR support help-center to address any HRIS systems issues. The ideal candidate will have: 3 years of relevant experience Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Proficiency in Workday Human Resources Information System. Pay Range: $23.50 - $25.70 / per hour.
