Assists in administering human resources policies and procedures. Collects and maintains HR data related to compensation, benefits, training, recruitment, etc. to help make recommendations for improvement.
Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
Experience working in HR
Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems
Extensive knowledge of Federal and State HR laws
Requires bachelor's degree plus 1 year of related experience OR a combination of education/experience to equal 5 years.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams
