Provide counsel to managers on employee relation issues including but not limited to: coaching, counseling, discipline and termination
Understand and ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies and procedures
Able to work across international boundaries to represent human resources and coordinate human resources responsibilities
Assist the development and administration of programs, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
Lead the H1-B and visa process for all employees when necessary
Investigate issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions
Coordinate recruiting related activities including but not limited to: sourcing resumes, establishing interviews, selection process, making offers and on-boarding
Ensure that all new hire employment forms are completed and provided to payroll in a timely manner
Enter data including new hire information, terminations, employee address changes, etc.
Coordinate training when requested
Conduct exit interviews and process terminations
Be a key member of the operations department in support of the business initiatives
Participate as human resources team member on special projects
Perform related duties as assigned
At least 7 years of professional human resources experience demonstrating knowledge, skills and ability to perform the job
Experience with immigration (including F-1 and H1-B visas)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows 7, HRIS software, Report Builder
Excellent written and oral communication skills
