HR Generalist

As an integral part of our Client's organization, you will play a key role in managing the HR functions and creating processes and efficiencies. It is definitely a great opportunity to carve your own path.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition and onboarding

• Conduct employee orientation and training programs

• Administer employee benefits and compensation plans

• Oversee performance management and appraisal systems

• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict management and disciplinary actions

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

• Maintain employee records and HR databases

• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and social events

• Manage HR projects and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role

• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures

• Proficient in HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Taleo, Oracle, or SAP

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
