Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including talent acquisition and onboarding
Conduct employee orientation and training programs
Administer employee benefits and compensation plans
Oversee performance management and appraisal systems
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict management and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and social events
Manage HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
Proficient in HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Taleo, Oracle, or SAP
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
