Outstanding opportunity with our busy and growing client for an HR Generalist in Dallas, TX on a contract to possible hire basis.

Company Profile:
Salt Water Disposal wells industry
Successful and growing company

HR Generalist Role:
The HR Generalist will run bi-weekly payroll in QuickBooks for approximately 50 people.
Make required journal entries
Pay payroll taxes accurately and timely
Pay taxes
Complete timely quarterly and annual payroll reports
Set up new hires, paperwork, drug testing, background checks, etc.
Maintain employee files
Work with employee benefits setting up new enrollments and terminations with insurance company
Handle Insurance Enrollments and work with insurance company during open enrollment
Attorney general new hire and term reporting as well as managing orders

HR Generalist Background Profile:
Bachelors degree
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required
Supervise human resources processes to ensure efficient operations for the organization
2-3 years experience in HR and Payroll
Experience with payroll tax and with forms 940 and 941
QuickBooks Desktop 2016
Knowledge of employment laws required
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

HR Generalist Job Summary Details * Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt employees, students, and temporary employees as needed; conducts new-employee orientations. * Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company employees; assists in development and implementation of policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual. * Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation. * Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department.
