• Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to enhance performance, provide coaching, and implement development plans.
• Benefits Administration: Administer benefits programs, answer employee queries, and ensure compliance.
• Training and Development: Support training initiatives, identify learning needs, and coordinate professional development opportunities.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, policies, and regulations. Ensure compliance across the organization.
• Employee Engagement: Organize events, surveys, and activities to boost employee morale and engagement.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports, and analyze trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR roles (internships included).
• Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and handle confidential information.
