Responsibilities include:
Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover multiple functional areas.
Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies.
Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Communicates effectively. Establishes and maintains two way communication with peers, staff, leaders, and administration.
Adapts to change in a positive, professional manner. Cooperates well with peers and supports group decisions.
Communicates appropriate information to lead staff member, supervisor, manager or director in a timely manner. Completes required internal education in a timely manner. Consistently uses skilled communication which demonstrates congruence between words and actions and holds others accountable for doing the same.
Solves problems or directs customer to appropriate resource for problem resolution. Coordinates and completes assigned tasks or projects in a timely manner. Creates reports, letters, graphs, spreadsheets or presentations as requested.
Accurately communicates HR policies, procedures, and practices. Serve as internal consultant to directors, supervisors and employees on personnel issues that affect performance and business relationships. Assist in the recruiting process and serve as a resource for applicants, employees and managers to provide information to complete recruiting process.
