WHO'S IN THE KITCHEN
We're looking for a talented Human Resources Generalist to join the onsite HR team in the
Richmond, CA fulfillment center. To support our rapidly growing company, thesuccessful candidate must be an organized team player who is able to managemultiple priorities at once. They will be immersed in all things related to ouremployees, and will support HR initiatives, projects, and programs.
WHAT'S ON THE MENU
Actively pursue knowledge of business practices, policies, roles and responsibilities to better understand the business
Partner with HR Management to resolve employee relations issues; provide coaching and counseling to employees and operations leadership
Build relationships with staff at all levels
Provide guidance and mentoring to operations leadership on policies and procedures
Assure that new employees integrate effectively into the organization
Host New Hire Orientation and assist in onboarding new employees and set clear performance expectations
Lead and implement special projects, corporate projects and cyclical HR events such as open enrollment, and performance reviews
Onboarding new employees and setting clear expectations
You've worked in an environment with hourly employees in an HR support role
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Human Resources experience in a distribution, operations, creative, retail, or brand-focused environment
You understand the basics of employment law and California employment laws
You're willing to work flexible hours on occasion, including nights and weekends, as needed to support operations
