HR Field Project Support Assistant

Ensign Services, Inc. is hiring an HR Field Project Support Assistant. We are a national leader in the growing healthcare industry with over 225+ long-term care facilities and other affiliated entities with over 35,000 employees. Come join our team!

Status: Temporary

Location: Amarillo, Lubbock and Abilene and surrounding area

Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Scanning and processing of all employee records from paper to electronic files using DynaFile software

• Support to HR, Benefits, and Payroll on business processes

• Transactional support and data analysis

• Recommending best practices and providing solutions to transactional processes and data errors

• Provide thorough and professional customer service

• Auditing to support data integrity of complete files and scanning of records

• Maintains confidentiality of Employee and or resident data as outlined in our LMS, Policies & Procedures

• Assist with other duties and projects that may be assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical mind, with problem solving skills, an aptitude for accuracy, and attention to detail

• Must be able to prioritize, plan, and handle multiple tasks/demands simultaneously

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent critical thinking skills

• Computer savvy (MS Word, MS Outlook & Excel)

• Ability to be flexible, be readily adaptable, and work in a rapidly and constantly changing environment
