The HR Entitlement Technician supports the Human Resources department with a variety of administrative duties related to team member records including but not limited to entitlement plans, pay, and position.
Essential Job Functions
Coordinate entitlement plans; includes running reports for payroll processing along with general upkeep of the records in the HR/PR system. Answer questions about the various plans and update the system appropriately.
Work with others to ensure all manual entitlement adjustments are completed timely and accurately.
Responsible for reviewing eligibility of team members according to the restoration policy and updating their records appropriately in the HR/PR system.
Use problem solving skills and be accountable for accuracy of records in HR/PR system.
Respond to calls from all levels of management regarding all team member records. Resolve issues when appropriate, and escalate issues to the HRIS & Data Supervisor when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum two years work experience in a clerical position.
Good organizational and alpha/numeric data entry skills.
Attention to detail with emphasis on thoroughness and accuracy.
Effective oral communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Word processing and spreadsheet experience.
