We're looking for a HR Director for our CRO team who can help the business scale. We're at an incredibly exciting time with great momentum of the business and product. We've moved past scrappy start up but have retained the start-up, entrepreneurial and empowered feel.

Reporting to the Global HR COE Leader, our ideal candidate understands what it means to support a rapidly growing, global organization with real-time advice and problem solving, and thrives in environments that are entrepreneurial and oriented to achieving great things. Strong analytical chops a must.

The HR Director will ensure alignment on initiatives and priorities with the CRO, direct the HRBP team that they partner with and ensure global teams are supported to be successful. This person will also work closely with all Global teams including Unity's Recruitment team to ensure headcount and growth is on target and aligned with overall company objectives.

A few key things you'll be expected to accomplish:

  • Lead the HRBP team for the CRO org -- setting clear goals, inspiring great work and developing the team.

  • Build trusted relationships with all stakeholders and provide expertise, guidance and coaching to leaders while managing highly sensitive and complex HR matters

  • Create and deliver on a high-impact HR/People plan for that directly results in the business (and people) succeeding. The HR plan will be based on a thorough assessment of the organizational strengths and improvement areas, deep insights and analytics, solving for root cause and sustainable solutions.

  • Provide guidance and leadership to ensure global programs are effectively rolled out and implemented for the CRO organization and beyond

What you bring to the role:

  • Proven ability to be in a strategic Human Resources role, working directly with senior level management, preferably in a technology based company.

  • Data driven and solution oriented

  • Strong coaching, conflict resolution, relationship and team building skills, and demonstrated ability to influence and listens well

  • Strong knowledge of best HR practices in global sales organization

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a variety of communication settings and styles.

  • Passionate about the employee and manager experience-it's always top of mind for you
