Develop, implement, and lead the HR department staff in the daily execution of HR policies, functions, systems, and staff of the US Mobility sites, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. This role is the HR manager for employees in IVMS non-bargaining roles and leads the HR Departments employees who manage the IVMS bargaining roles, IVMW, and IVMSST employees.

·         Oversee the administration of human resource programs including, not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity; training and development.

·         Manage payroll and time-keeping systems

·         Manage SAP, Success Factors

·         Labor relations, including bargaining unit, and employee engagement

·         Compliance with all legal and statutory obligations related to labor and employment

·         Employee development and training structure and support

·         Manpower budget, appraisals, and continuous improvement related to manpower

·         Manage all benefits including insurance, retirement, and other benefit plans

·         Manage design and implementation of all HR Policies

·         Manage all necessary record keeping pertaining to employment and discipline

·         Support the HR department in HR related projects

·         Manage the HR Department employees, currently IVMS HR Manager, IVMSST& IVMW HR Generalist, and HR Department Assistant.

·         Perform other duties as required

Requirements

·         Knowledge of company policies and practices

·         Ability to communicate professionally and effectively

·         Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

·         Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Thorough knowledge of US employment related laws and regulations

·         Experience managing compensation, and benefits

·         Ability to use discretion and professionalism dealing with confidential matters

·         Proficient in all Office Programs (MS Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) - Required

·         Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and Enterprise eTime - Preferred

·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

·         At least 5 years of human resources management experience required

·         Experience working with SAP, Success Factors

·         Experience with Bargaining Units preferred
