Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our human resources team and develop strategic initiatives to drive employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, talent management, training and development, and compensation management, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities: Provide leadership and strategic direction for all areas of human resources Lead a team of HR professionals and manage performance Develop and implement effective recruitment, retention, and succession planning programs Serve as a liaison with hospital leadership, communicating HR strategic initiatives and recommendations Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Develop and maintain competitive compensation programs Provide primary oversight for various HR programs and initiatives Develop and facilitate training programs Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures Requirements: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred Five years of progressive HR experience with a concentration on employee relations, talent acquisition, talent management, training and development, and compensation management Previous experience overseeing employee relations in a multi-site setting is highly desirable Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment law, CMS, OSHA, and TJC regulatory compliance PHR/SPHR certification preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development A positive and supportive work environment A chance to make a difference in the lives of our patients and employees
