We are looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our team. Your knowledge of People data, People processes and an understanding of business challenges, will enable you to take action to support the HR team and Business Leaders to make informed, data-driven people decisions.

In This Role You Will:

  • Create high quality ad hoc and periodic (monthly, quarterly, etc.) reports and analysis to support business and identify trends or challenges.

  • Collect and analyze people data, correlate data with business performance, provide actionable recommendations, and advise stakeholders using reports and dashboards. Utilize best practices for designing user-friendly, intuitive, interactive data visualizations.

  • Develop systematic, scalable and repeatable reports and visualizations which help HR and managers interpret and communicate meaningful insights to assist in planning and developing strategies. Utilize various visual aids (i.e. dashboards, reports and presentations) to educate, inform and influence.

  • Facilitate discussions with a global HR team to identify, create and deliver insightful workforce analytics and metrics which inform solutions and support business challenges.

  • Translate requirements into an analytical project approach, and lead reporting and analytics projects through completion. Implement and measure the effectiveness of the solution.

  • Enable a data-driven culture within HR by using analytics and data through thought leadership, solutions, consultation, and training; educating organization on how to leverage data to tell stories and use self-service solutions.

  • Communicate findings in a clear and concise manner which can support HR and leaders in a way that enhances the organization's approach to a business challenge.

  • Drive insights across the employee lifecycle by developing actionable analytics tied to business needs.

  • Partner with Finance as necessary to incorporate financial modeling dimensions on human capital costs.

  • Collaborate with appropriate data governance partners to ensure all data analyses and reporting aligns with guidelines for data use. Ensure appropriate data governance, protection, and retention of all analyses and results.

  • Integrate data from multiple systems and develop analytics on headcount, organizational performance metrics, and other key performance indicators

  • Research and recommend key performance indicators to help identify business opportunities and measure performance

  • Ensure data structure and infrastructure supports current and evolving people analytics needs. Investigate, evaluate and recommend solutions to meet ongoing and future needs.

Qualifications Required:

  • 3+ years progressive work experience applying analytical methods to business problems, supporting decision-making and outcomes

  • 1+ year HR experience providing knowledge of general HR processes and human capital topics

  • Advanced proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite of applications, i.e. Excel advanced functions. In-depth experience with Excel including pivot tables, lookups, graphing and charting functionality

  • Foundation in data analytics principles and methodologies

  • Strong attention to details and deadlines with a high commitment to accuracy

  • Project management skills, including planning and organizational skills

  • Comfort with complexity, ambiguity, and change and ability to handle multiple initiatives

  • Self-starter with self-confidence, enthusiasm, and strong customer service orientation with an emphasis on creativity and diligence

  • Strong communication skills reflecting logic and clarity in thought process, with sufficient level of detail based on audience and content

  • Exhibits personal drive and professional motivation; is able to work individually but also on a team

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Prior experience utilizing SAP SuccessFactors preferred

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, mathematics or human resources
