About the Role:
Reporting to the Vice President of HR Services, this position will assist with the coordination of Treasury Wine Estates HR Assist Service and Benefits by providing a first point of contact for on-boarding, separation, and processing critical employee information. This position will be responsible for related HR activities that include policy and procedure maintenance, communicating and collecting on-boarding paperwork from new hires, data entry into the HCM, and filing.
This position will also assist with the coordination of meetings and presentations at production facilities, participate in the rollout of new benefits plans and presentations, assist with management of core HR processes, and provide support to the HRBP team in the coordination of leadership sessions, performance management, and calibration sessions.

You are bilingual in Spanish with previous HR experience, a strong ability to work independently, and you enjoy taking ownership of your work.
Bachelor's degree desirable with 2 years' experience in Administrative or HR support or coordinator role or equivalent experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish required
