As a Human Resources Coordinator, Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) can offer you the opportunity to join a strong, collaborative team where you will play a key role in supporting our Spanish speaking population. About the Role:

Reporting to the Vice President of HR Services, this position will assist with the coordination of Treasury Wine Estates HR Assist Service and Benefits by providing a first point of contact for on-boarding, separation, and processing critical employee information. This position will be responsible for related HR activities that include policy and procedure maintenance, communicating and collecting on-boarding paperwork from new hires, data entry into the HCM, and filing.

This position will also assist with the coordination of meetings and presentations at production facilities, participate in the rollout of new benefits plans and presentations, assist with management of core HR processes, and provide support to the HRBP team in the coordination of leadership sessions, performance management, and calibration sessions.

About you:

You are a collaborative and effective communicator with an exceptional work ethic, customer centric mentality, a great sense of urgency, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow!

You are bilingual in Spanish with previous HR experience, a strong ability to work independently, and you enjoy taking ownership of your work.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree desirable with 2 years' experience in Administrative or HR support or coordinator role or equivalent experience.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required

  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees with focus on teamwork.

  • Ability to accurately prepare reports and business correspondence.

  • Strong integrity, discretion and professional judgment.

  • Takes initiative to identify opportunities and improve processes.

  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and minimal supervision.

  • Acute attention to details, and excellent organizational, customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong aptitude and ability to use HRIS systems and programs.

  • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Responsible for providing constant coordination review analysis input and communication of information between the external customers the sales account managers production planning and our manufacturing plants. Process all releases and coordinate timely delivery to customer. Work with Production Planning Account Manager and customer to manage the forecast and confirm availability of inventory to meet customer requirements. Review and enter customer requests for carton specs and pallet pattern specifications and pricing of new items. Manage pallet returns by issuing pallet numbers to customers and following up on open tracking numbers enter return ware authorizations enter scrap requests customer claims repacks and coordination of reselection of held ware. Complete Field Service Reports FSR due to quality and service issues communicated by customers. Individual assignments that the Director Sales Administration may instruct. The desired candidate should have a high school diploma Associates degree is preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of customer service experience. Must possess good planning organization and interpersonal skills. Must be able to make decisions analyze data solve problems and take initiative. Requires quick thinking a sense of urgency concern for customer needs a desire to collaborate within a team environment and the ability to work under pressure. Attention to detail and follow through skills are a must. Must be able to collaborate with individuals from many different departments.
