We believe in the transformative power of people, the value of diversity and the importance of inclusion. Position Summary: The HR Coordinator at Snap Kitchen plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

This position is responsible for assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HRIS management. The HR Coordinator will serve as a point of contact for employees and management, providing administrative support and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. What you will do… o Recruitment Support:

Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications. Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), including updating candidate status and tracking recruitment metrics. Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding activities for new employees. o Onboarding and Off-boarding:

Coordinate new hire orientation sessions and assist with the onboarding process, including collecting new hire paperwork and facilitating training. Conduct exit interviews and assist with off-boarding activities, including processing termination paperwork and updating employee records. o HRIS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.

Assist with data entry, reporting, and auditing of HRIS data to ensure data integrity and compliance. o Employee Relations Support:

Assist with employee inquiries, concerns, and requests, providing timely and accurate information or escalating issues as needed. Help coordinate employee recognition programs, events, and initiatives to promote employee engagement and morale. o Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership. Who you are… o Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required. o 1-2 years of experience in human resources or related administrative role. o 1 years of recruitment experience in a production facility, warehouse related field. o Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels. o Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) and ADP HRIS platforms. o Knowledge of HR laws and regulations preferred. o Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. o Spanish speaking/bilingual preferred.
