Job Summary

Exciting opportunity at Beaver Street Food Co.! We're on the lookout for a Seasonal Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for students eager to dive into the world of HR. (Possibility to meet requirements for an Internship) You'll get hands-on experience supporting our HR Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring our Football game days are even more fantastic! Seasonal until December.

Responsibilities

• Utilize various channels such as job postings and social media to source individuals.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews for our Management Team.

• Play a crucial role in onboarding new employees and volunteers.

• Support our HR Manager with various administrative tasks and projects.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

• Address general HR inquiries from employees.

• Maintain employee records and assist with internal audits.

• Keep bulletin boards updated with relevant information.

• Perform additional tasks as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Handle confidential information with professionalism and care.

• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Experience with Canva is highly preferred.
