HR Coordinator (Salary Negotiable)

As a key member of the HR team, the HR Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support in onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Workday experience is preferred.

Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish is required. Duties & Responsibilities: Process job changes and adjustments utilizing HR technology.

Assist with timecard and payroll troubleshooting. Manage paperwork for distribution and return of assets. Manage employee referral process.

Assist leadership in the completion of the employee performance review cycle. Maintain employee break audits and associated forms. Provide on-site assistance for employee onboarding and I-9 completion.

Manage employee termination process and leave of absence requests. Provide audit support for all restaurant personnel certifications. Provide HR technology support to employees and leadership.
