We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department and supporting the broader HR team with various administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective HR support, maintaining high standards of employee records, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department.
Responsibilities
Support the site by providing an all-encompassing HR admin support service to include;
Delivering HR administration of day-to-day tasks
Manage relevant HR processes
Maintain employee records to audit standards
Coordinate the trackers as applicable across the HR Ops team
Roll out, coordination and follow up of designated HR initiatives
Ensuring all employee relations issues/queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently
Contribute to the continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department
Other duties as required by the business and local HR team
A requirement of this role is that you must adhere to all PepsiCo Health, Safety & Environmental Requirements
Compensation and Benefits:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,000 - $67,000 based on a full-time schedule
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
Excellent Administration skills, coupled with an innate attention to detail
Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of an extended HR Team
Strong computer skills
Results orientated and commitment to achieving objectives
Ability to integrate well within a team environment
Natural ability to adapt to change readily with ease, ability to handle unforeseen requests effectively
High level of integrity and discretion essential
Possess uncompromising integrity, executive maturity, and the ability to manage a large volume of confidential data appropriately
Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Outstanding organization and follow-up skills
Detailed oriented, self-motivated, and self-directed
Professional oral and written communication skills
Highschool or GED Required
Associates/Bachelor's Preferred
