JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the successful coordination of department communication and functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating department personnel files.
Responsible for tracking, calculating and forwarding payroll information between the department and payroll.
Responsible for both verbal and written communication for the department to ensure all levels of the department runs smoothly.
Presents a friendly and professional image to all team members, guests and vendors.
Responsible for analyzing department information and staffing needs, in conjunction with the Realm process, to develop work schedules for the Guest Service Center staff.
Responsible for inventory control of all documents and supplies used by the Guest Services Center personnel.
May compile, store and retrieve management data.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
2+ years of office or administrative experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform multiple duties under frequent time pressure.
Must be able to obtain valid state gaming license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENTS
Frequent sitting with intermittent standing and walking.
Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels.
