We're looking for a Onsite HR Coordinator needed for a Contract role located in Charleroi, PA.

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the local client's business HR team in Charleroi, PA.

As the Contract Recruiter, here's the work you'll do:

  • Establish relationships, interact regularly with employees to provide them assistance regarding human resource questions in order to develop a positive work environment.

  • Provide employees and managers with an available first point of contact for HR systems and issues

  • Ensure proper payroll accuracy for all populations, approve payroll weekly.

  • Coordinate new hire paperwork and new hire orientation meetings.

  • Assist in the tracing of absenteeism from the shop floor call off line.

  • Provide dedicated support and guidance on: HR requests related to job postings, offer letter requests, support employee onboarding activities, employee data maintenance, HR data reporting and troubleshooting as needed in relation to employee pay and benefits.

  • Run, build, and analyze onboarding reports through HR reporting tools.

  • Provide dedicated guide on : Workday related questions, HR fundamentals and processes, employee OneHR site and guiding the HR function towards a more digital way of managing workforce.

  • Coordinate with supervision for shift changes, employee moves and update Workday / ADP accordingly.

  • Continually drive employee data accuracy in Workday and make updates when necessary.

  • Team with HR on projects critical to the site to enhance the employee experience.

  • Assist in the recruitment of hourly open roles as required.

  • Support department with all other RH data and business requests as needed.

  • Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, and care.

This role is for you if you have these skills:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related field (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in human resources).

  • At least 1 year of Human Resources experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Strong experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Prior experience with ADP
