The Role

Third Harmonic Bio is looking for an HR Coordinator and Office Manager to take on a multi-faceted role. This person will be accountable for ensuring our SF office runs smoothly - day-to-day office management tasks are complete and for creating a positive, attentive environment where people enjoy coming to work. The HR Coordinator and Office Manager will also support our Talent Acquisition Function in scheduling candidate interviews. Additional responsibilities include planning and executing an employee social media campaign, supporting HR talent initiatives including all employee meetings and learning events. This person will also be accountable for back-up activities for HR Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations and vibe of the SF office

  • Communicate SF team schedules and weekly events

  • Coordinate volunteer activities, celebratory and social events

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and groceries; manage forkable lunch service

  • Distribute incoming mail, scan content, file documents received to the appropriate person/file; prepares outgoing mail, files, faxes, and copies documents, including certified mailings.

  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement

  • Support for local and remote meetings and events (ELT, All Company, Development Sessions)

  • Oversee guest experience for external visitors coming to the SF office (investors, candidates, vendor partners)

  • Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and debriefs, by shepherding local candidates

  • Develop employee social media calendar and work with the communications team to create a steady social media presence on LinkedIn and Twitter

  • Assist in ad-hoc talent management and learning projects and provide support to other functions as required

General Requirements:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability and experienced in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)

  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Familiarity with social media tools, specifically LinkedIn

  • Advanced computer skills, with an aptitude to learn new systems and procedures, experience with HRIS/ATS systems a plus

  • Hands-on experience with office machines and equipment

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of work experience

  • Experience working in biotech / pharma a plus.

  • Track record of success as HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative experience is preferred

The approximate salary range for this position is $110,000-$126,000.
