HR Business Partner Support


  • Assist with scheduling meetings

  • In collaboration with the HR Operations team, run reports and process transactions in Workday

  • Partner with associates and HR functions to answer basic associate questions

Learning and Development


  • Monitor engagement and provide technical support as needed for the Learning Management System; escalate any issues that may arise.

  • Support requests for learning (training classes, online learning, videos, team buildings etc.).

  • Instructor led training course participation tracking and reporting.

  • Book training facilities, manage sign-ups, invites and attendance.

  • Order, print, or modify training materials in preparation for classes.

  • Set up classrooms and follow up with instructors and stakeholders to ensure everything is set and ready to go by start of class.

  • Look for and implement ways to make the training logistics and coordination process more efficient.

  • Update the Learning Management System with new courses and sessions.

  • Management of compliance training including enrollment, reporting, recertification tracking, assignment to new hires, and follow up on all required courses by position to ensure completion.

  • Develop marketing material and communications to promote relevant courses or learning opportunities in a timely manner.

  • Partner with external vendors on training coordination and execution.

  • Process any learning and development related invoices.


  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred

  • 2+ years' experience in a human resources support role

  • Expert time management and organization skills with ability to thrive in a rapid-paced work environment

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

The Highlights The purpose of the TA Operations group is to work across TA, its partners, and stakeholders to ensure best-in-class recruiting processes, systems, and tools are in place for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. The Talent Acquisition Operations Analysts will work on daily operations initiatives, in key operational areas. This role will report to the Manager of TA Operations and will play an integral part in driving TA initiatives and promoting continuous process improvements. What You Will Do The Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst role is broad in scope, an environment where self-starters and curious learners will thrive! There will be a dedicated focus on 5 main operational areas, with development opportunities to support all of them: International Talent Acquisition Liaison * Will be responsible for working with the international Recruiters and HR Generalists, keeping them up to date on new systems, change in process, and recommendations to improve their recruiting experience. * Will help manage Recruiter tools and vendor relationships for the Regions. This will include setting them up for training sessions, allocating tools, and assisting with new tool requests. Compliance & Audit * Will monitor data compliance and integrity by following processes for monitoring, testing, and auditing TA data. Data will be tracked and audited out of the SAP SuccessFactors system. * May acts as the liaison/POC between TA and Legal for compliance research and audit requests. Project/ Agile Solutions Team Member * Will be a regular member of the HR Agile team, diving headfirst into projects that come from all areas of the organization, and acting as the SME for all things Talent Acquisition. Will be a member of the cross-functional HR team, working on sprints under the direction and guidance of the Agile Solutions Team lead. Training * Partners with the TA Operations Manager to develop new recruiter onboarding and training materials, in addition to continuous learning initiatives for the entire TA team * Will organize and maintain a SharePoint site of training resources relevant to TA members to ensure effectiveness among the team and drive operational excellence. * The analyst will assist with "needs analysis" and work through corporate or organization channels to distribute information. Vendor Management * Analysts will execute vendor contracts and archive, then coordinate project reviews as requested. * Assist the TA Operations Manager with any research or data gathering for corporate RFPs or Vendor meetings. Required Keys for Success * Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or other relevant concentration and/or related experience. * A critical thinker who can clearly and concisely communicate and influence decisions with data and logic. * Candidates with a natural bend towards learning and who are self-motivated will be the most successful in this role. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet or exceed deadlines in an ambiguous, ever-changing environment. * Analytical mindset and time management skills will be essential to a high performer in this role. * A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, and attention to the littlest details.
