The HR Controller (HRC) will be working as a part of the HR services team in the Netherlands and report directly into the HR Director. The HRC will be responsible for building a bridge between HR, Finance and the Business. You will spend your time providing HR Support in the areas of reporting and analyzing HR Data, supporting and controlling payroll closing and you will provide support with regard to lease car fleet management. You're the expert when it comes to strategic HR reporting and internal controls.
The HR team of Intertrust consists out of 16 colleagues and is divided in four areas of expertise: Recruitment, HR Services, Learning & Development and HR Advisory.
We have gone live with the core module of Workday in January 2017. The upgrade of our HR Information system requires a different engagement between our HR Services team and the business. We will continue to build out Workday in the next 1-2 years so that we have a complete end to end HR Information System.
Works closely with the HR Services Partners and the team lead HR Services on providing payroll related administrative support for multiple entities in the Netherlands with a focus on the payroll closing; identifies and communicates areas of improvement related to this area.
Works closely with the team lead HR Services on a diversity of payroll or system related projects.
Ensures timely and accurate data entry, output and corrections of HR transactions into multiple HR systems. Identifies and communicates areas of improvement related to HR systems.
Performs all reporting activities related to workforce administration. Identifies and communicates specific information and data needs of our customers. Translates the needs into accurate output, delivering insights that help stakeholders in their decision making.
Identifies and communicates areas of improvement related to data management and processing and also to other process flows within its responsibility area.
Provides support in pension and insurance administration and communication within the organization.
Who are we looking for
Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration or related study
Minimum of 5 years' experience in working with data, reporting within an international corporate environment
Previous HR experience
Strong analytic skills with the ability to translate HR data into useful management information
Working proficiency with MS Office, specifically an Excel expert
Experience with Workday is a plus

Problem solving attitude
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication (English and Dutch) across different audiences.
