Job Summary:#The Human Resources Consultant functions as a fully integrated internal consultant/business partner# in the operations of designated departments. Facilitates resolutions that contribute to business goals, objectives and network priorities.

Provide comprehensive human resource consultation, guidance and support services to maximizing the effectiveness of business and human resource processes impacting the organizations and departments strategic objectives. Collaborates with HR team on operational issues and deliver services that ensure high level of customer impact and#satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration or a related field. Four years of current#Human Resources Generalist experience to include employee relations, workforce planning, employee engagement; and benefits and compensation. Ability to relate well with employees at all levels of the organization, manage multiple tasks and priorities. #Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills, self motivated, well organized and detail oriented.

Strong influencing skills. Experienced in conflict resolution and ability to apply critical thinking skills to identify appropriate resolution for issues.

Knows how to conduct an investigation and document findings.

Knows appropriate steps in due process. Basic business acumen and planning skills. General knowledge of labor relations.

Computer proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word # Power Point) . Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. PHR or SPHR or SHRM-SCP# or SHRM-CP Certification Required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related field. Prior healthcare and HR leadership experience Licensure and Certifications: N/A #
