-Works to drive client leadership accountability for client employee engagement, performance management, coaching, and change management.

. Work on consulting engagements in the areas of recruitment, leadership training and

development, compensation benchmarking, HRIS selection, assessing talent and performance,

conducting audits and preparing written summaries and reports for programs and projects.

. Acting as a liaison with senior management and/or human resources department staff in

ensuring the effective high quality delivery of human resource services.

  • Prepares employee handbooks, job descriptions, compensation analysis, and other programs for an effective human resource management program for clients.

  • Provides on-site human resources consultation weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually to serve 10-15 outsourced clients, and multiple project related clients.

  • May develop customized training materials for client education to include leadership development, HR compliance training, implicit bias, team building, conflict resolution, safety, or other areas of emphasis. Conducts training for clients.

. Conducting human resources audits and compliance reviews (for clients) and advises clients on recommended processes/procedures as needed.

. Keeps current with new developments in human resources.

. Is an expert in the field of human resources and shares accurate information and research

with clients.

  • May strategize with client on complex employee relations matters including terminations, discipline, sexual harassment, and other matters of significance.

. Follows internal procedures to provide excellence in client service, protocols, and practices.

. May work on a team or be supervised by a senior consultant or manager on a project,

outsourcing client or other Company initiative.

. Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.

. Accurate and timely completion of projects and/or reports.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Work with clients as the outsourced human resource professional providing guidance on compliance

issues, employee benefits, performance management issues, tactical day-to-day HR challenges,

and ensuring all elements are in place for a successful human resource function.

  • Implements and supports client Annual Plans and strategies, which impact both short and long term client business goals.

  • Establishes effective relationships with assigned business unit managers

Follows a disciplined consulting process in order to diagnose, validate, contract, source, deliver and evaluate, providing value added consulting to the client.

GENERAL FUNCTION:

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

. HR Certification (PHR or SPHR/SHRM or Industry Equivalent) -Preferred, upon eligibility

. A minimum of 3 years as a Human Resource Generalist (or equivalent) with exposure several areas of HR disciplines and specialties

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or equivalent work experience required.

. Prior relevant generalist experience in a corporate environment is preferred..

. Experience operating in an environment that stresses individual accountability and team based performance is critical.

. A sense of urgency and continual drive for results coupled with an ability to partner effectively with management are key success factors.

. Previous experience should include successfully implementing processes, best practices, operational change initiatives. Incumbent must show an ability to successfully collaborate with and influence management and peers to support growth and results.

. Excellent written skills and verbal communication

. Demonstrated problem solving expertise

. Proven presentation abilities

. Technology focus - experience using various web platforms and research

. Ability to work as a team member.

. The employee is regularly required to speak eloquently, with good diction and grammar.
