The HR Compliance Specialist supports the HR Compliance Manager in all regulatory and compliance related activities for the human resources department. This position is responsible for ongoing audit processes and HR records management.
Will lead all HR efforts to support state, federal, and accreditation survey and audit processes, ensuring all HR requirements are met. Partners closely with HR Business Partners, HR Leadership, and Corporate Compliance teams to manage organizational compliance efforts.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
3 years of general HR experience
Valid Driver's License
PHR, SHRM-CP or CHHR required with 2 years of hire.
One of the following:
Professional in Human Resources
SHRM Certified Professional
Certified in Healthcare Human Resources
