HR Communications Project Manager
Description
Consigli Construction Co. Inc., is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a HR Communications Project Manager. As a HR Communications Project Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing various marketing and communications projects in support of Human Resources.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the planning, development and execution of marketing project plans that support the HR Department's goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, HR Operations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, and DE&I to ensure timely and successful project completion. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and provide insights on marketing strategies that support HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic thinker with excellent organizational and writing skills. You should have a strong understanding of project management fundamentals and be able to work independently to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. A keen eye for detail and a passion for marketing and communications in the HR industry are essential for success in this role.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field
5 - 7 years experience in fast-paced, high functioning Marketing or HR department
Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or HR capacity
Excellent organizational skills
Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work with teams and collaborate
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of HR programs and practices such as Employee Coms, Benefits, Recruiting, DEI strongly preferred
proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities
Coordinate, develop and execute marketing project plans related to HR initiatives from inception to completion
This role will develop a communications strategy and plans that supports the departments within HR
Lead reoccurring Needs-Analysis Meetings
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content
Collaborate with Department Leads to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
Liaise with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials in support internal and external HR initiatives
Develop project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Identify and resolve any project issues or risks that may impact project delivery
Conduct post-project evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend marketing strategies that support HR initiatives
