HR Communications Manager

Our client is in need of a temporary communications manager for part time hours (20 hrs/wk) until the end of August. The Communications Manager will be sending out HR communications (company announcements and updates) to internal employees in the US.

Candidates must have excellent written communications skills. Must be able to maintain company newsletters, adhere to strict branding guidelines and provide companywide updates for projects. Proofreading, editing and publishing experience is necessary.

Manager is looking for someone who is proactive as opposed to reactive. Must be well versed in MS Office, Visio. Communications includes the preparation and disbursement of communications that may involve various media such as radio, television and publications, and also encompasses preparing brochures and presentation materials for presentation to clients.

Responsible for conducting marketing research and for planning and developing communications directed at increasing sales and improving services. Recommend and implement marketing strategies designed to maximize profit margins and ensure customer satisfaction.
