The Change Management Consultant - Data & Analytics role provides change management coaching and consultation to enable the Data and Analytics enterprise-wide transformation initiative, to minimize risk and increase sustainable execution. The role provides support on both change strategy and planning, as well as direct activation of change plan activities.
Develops the change management strategy to support the implementation of transformational initiatives in concert with initiative and function leadership.
Conducts stakeholder analysis for transformational initiatives and individual workstreams to identify relevant stakeholders, their needs and perspectives, and areas where focused change efforts are needed.
Coaches, consults, and supports work stream leads in the development of change plans and change activation that enables adoption of new processes, technology, and ways of working.
Collaborates with global communications, initiative leadership, and work stream leads on message, medium, and content development to reinforce change and implementation plans.
Coordinates initiative level communication activities with relevant stakeholders.
Partners with initiative leadership to ensure sustainable change by instituting a process governance strategy.
Partners with L&D teams to ensure the design of a comprehensive learning plan that syncs with and reinforces a broader change plan.
Bachelors degree in HR or related field
8-10 years of experience in a diverse range of HR functions desired; Organizational Effectiveness/Change Management experience required
Demonstrated experience driving transformational change initiatives and influencing business managers, by both setting change strategy/plans and activating them.
Experience building change capability in HR and leaders preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated ability coaching, consulting, and collaborating on organizational change initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Strong business acumen.
Strong knowledge of change management models and approaches.
