This position is responsible for managing the vendor relation and technical aspects of HR Business Systems and Talent Management Suite; managing design, development, and distribution of HR system metric reports to the organization; provide oversight to division specific administrators throughout the organization where applicable; and partner with the Centers of Expertise as an advocate to ensure the system is configured to meet the requirements of the COE while ensuring the integration between the core HR systems is effective and technically sound; manages system releases, updates and implementation of new functionality; primary system administration and configuration of the SumTotal LMS (Learning Management System) and will include responsibility for assisting with multiple HR Business Systems, such as: SilkRoad, SkillSoft, PeopleFluent & Org Publisher.


  • Bachelor Degree with 3 years automated technology experience OR 7 years experience in automated technology

  • Experience working with workflow and procedure analysis

  • Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Analytical abilities and attention to detail

  • Team player and ability to act independently and resolve complex issues

  • Experience in multi-tasking and meeting multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality

  • Experience with SumTotal Learning

  • Experience with data integration validation and error resolution


  • 3 years experience with HR Technology such as PeopleSoft or Talent Management Suites

  • 2 years experience in project management, communications, change management, vendor management and/or marketing

  • Experience with PeopleSoft query

  • Experience creating, maintaining, and distributing reports

  • Experience supporting SaaS (Software as a Service) applications

  • Experience using Excel or Microsoft Access to validate and analyze data

  • Experience reading and writing SQL

  • Experience gathering customer requirements and writing functional specifications for a technical developer

Role and Responsibilities The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years experience; MBA or Masters preferred. Mobile experience preferred.
