The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.
The primary function of this role is to ensure that the Human Resources processes and procedures are fully documented and understood throughout the organization and that published documentation is maintained to ensure that it is timely, accurate, and accessible. This role will be expected to analyze current processes and make recommendations for improvement based on their understanding of the business needs and system capabilities, then monitor the execution of those improvements to ensure they are effective.
Analyze end to end HR processes and prepare detailed process documentation and work instructions for end users and admin functions to ensure consistency of execution as well as integrity and reliability of the HR data.
Prvide recommendations to optimize system design, process improvement, ongoing plan/policy updates, and data integrity
Identify data quality issues across systems and recommend solutions
Understand and advocate for data security and SOX compliance
Develop and manage a documentation change intake and governance process, partnering with HR leadership and PMO to prioritize HR Operational activities.
Owner of HR Operations Knowledge Base and responsible for regular review of published documentation to ensure information is accurate and current.
Maintain full inventory of HR process documentation and user guides
Ensure review and approval from necessary stakeholders is captured for all process documentation creation and updates
Support training and change management activities to ensure new processes are communicated, understood, and adopted.
Perform periodic audits of processes to ensure they are being performed as designed. Evaluate variances to determine root cause and determine if formal process changes are needed.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field
3-5 years experience in HR or other related process design and documentation role
Comprehensive knowledge of HR core processes
Strong proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
Experience with HR Service Now, including Knowledge Base
Working knowledge of Sharepoint Administration
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
