Delek US Holdings, Inc. is a diversified downstream energy company with assets in petroleum refining, logistics, renewable fuels and convenience store retailing. The refining assets consist of refineries operated in Tyler and Big Spring, Texas, El Dorado, Arkansas and Krotz Springs, Louisiana with a combined nameplate crude throughput capacity of 302,000 barrels per day.

The logistics operations primarily consist of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek US Holdings, Inc.and its affiliates own approximately 63% (including the 2 percent general partner interest) of Delek Logistics Partners, LP. Delek Logistics Partners, LP (NYSE:DKL) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets.

The convenience store retail business is the largest 7-Eleven licensee in the United States and operates approximately 300 convenience stores in central and west Texas and New Mexico.

Position Overview:

The primary function of this role is to ensure that the Human Resources processes and procedures are fully documented and understood throughout the organization and that published documentation is maintained to ensure that it is timely, accurate, and accessible. This role will be expected to analyze current processes and make recommendations for improvement based on their understanding of the business needs and system capabilities, then monitor the execution of those improvements to ensure they are effective.

Essential Duties:

  • Analyze end to end HR processes and prepare detailed process documentation and work instructions for end users and admin functions to ensure consistency of execution as well as integrity and reliability of the HR data.

  • Prvide recommendations to optimize system design, process improvement, ongoing plan/policy updates, and data integrity

  • Identify data quality issues across systems and recommend solutions

  • Understand and advocate for data security and SOX compliance

  • Develop and manage a documentation change intake and governance process, partnering with HR leadership and PMO to prioritize HR Operational activities.

  • Owner of HR Operations Knowledge Base and responsible for regular review of published documentation to ensure information is accurate and current.

  • Maintain full inventory of HR process documentation and user guides

  • Ensure review and approval from necessary stakeholders is captured for all process documentation creation and updates

  • Support training and change management activities to ensure new processes are communicated, understood, and adopted.

  • Perform periodic audits of processes to ensure they are being performed as designed. Evaluate variances to determine root cause and determine if formal process changes are needed.

  • Prioritizes regular workload, special tasks and concurrent projects, allocating time and resources to ensure that work is completed accurately and efficiently within established time frame.

Required Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field

  • 3-5 years experience in HR or other related process design and documentation role

  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR core processes

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio

Desired Experience

  • Experience with HR Service Now, including Knowledge Base

  • Working knowledge of Sharepoint Administration

  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt

Responsibilities The Regional Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with associates and management for communities within an assigned region. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The HRBP acts as a culture driver, associate champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our Centers of Expertise (COE) and Operational Leadership to develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and associates that reflects the business objectives of the organization. Assists in the development and implementation of human resources policies to meet organizational needs and comply with state and federal laws. Works with operational leadership to develop strategic initiatives to achieve company goals. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation as it relates to hiring, compensation, performance management, benefits and other associate related matters. Manages and resolves complex associate relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations. Monitors associate counseling, corrective action, and performance improvement plans; oversees involuntary termination procedures; and approves associate separation notices and related documentation. Advises leadership regarding hiring decisions, equal employment opportunity, compensation, benefits, and health/safety issues.
