Directly handle, advise and coach on employee relations matters and investigations, as well as work with the other Sr.
HRBPs to develop and drive initiatives and overall process improvements.
Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and other compliance teams to develop and execute initiatives to continuously improve Employee Relations (ER) framework
Design and conduct investigations and assessments, ensuring cases are handled fairly, consistently, transparently, in a timely fashion, and in line with company values, policies, and appropriate local laws
Providing general HRBP support for our Operations and G&A functions as needed
Act as trusted advisor to managers and employees and partner with HR colleagues to align and execute on initiatives
Responds to employee inquiries, questions, and complaints; provides information, guidance and direction on HR programs, processes, and procedures to employees and managers.
Deep Employee Relations (ER) expertise, experience directly managing complex employee relations issues
Expert influencing skills, ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
Bachelors degree required in Human Resources or other related fields; Masters degree preferred
5-7 years experience in an HRBP role
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Must have a team-orientated approach; able to quickly and consistently establish rapport and collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and employees at all levels
Must be able to build effective relationships with all internal stakeholders, providing top notch customer service to employees and managers
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and great work ethic
Experienced in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
