The HR Business Partner contributes to the company performance by providing tactical and strategic partnership on people and organization development strategies in support of the company, regional and hospital business objectives. The HRBP carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: teammate relations, policy interpretation and application, performance, compensation and talent management.
