HR Business Partner

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM Length: 5 months contract with the possibility of an extension or conversion to full-time Qualifications:

Education:

BA/BS degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related field from an accredited College or University or equivalent experience. Certifications/Licenses: PHR Certification Preferred.

Experience required: At least 3 years of HR Generalist experience with focus on Employment Relations. - Must have direct employee relations/investigations experience – ER experience in healthcare field is a plus (providers and nursing) Additional notes: Client group anticipated 850 - 900 employees. (It would be helpful to get information about candidates’ org size/client group size in previous roles, as well as average caseload on submission) - Position will be “hybrid” – minimum 1 day in the office and rotating Friday’s onsite, but onsite needs will include corporate office and other clinic locations as often as needed. current HRBP will be available to assist with training for the first few months.

Position Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department with Employment Relations, and other Human Resources Projects and Activities. HRBP will support HR Management in collecting information regarding complaints, conducting intakes, conflict resolution, exit interviews, assisting with investigations, and following up with management on Employment Relations issues.
