Are you a seasoned, strategic HR professional with a passion for aligning business objectives with HR practices? Do you excel in talent acquisition and have a knack for driving HR initiatives that foster a high-performance culture? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic team as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and Recruitment Lead!

In this dual-role position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy and ensuring that our HR practices align seamlessly with our business goals. As an HRBP, you will provide comprehensive HR support, advising and partnering with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness. As a Recruitment Lead, you will spearhead our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Advisor Extraordinaire: Act as a strategic advisor to business units, offering keen insights and expert guidance on all things HR. Your strategic prowess will help align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational success.

Master of HR Strategies: Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that not only support business objectives but also elevate organizational performance to new heights.

Leadership Liaison: Partner with leadership to navigate the complex waters of employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You'll be the go-to person for resolving issues and fostering a positive work environment.

M&A Maestro: Provide seamless M&A support by ensuring the smooth onboarding of newly acquired employees. Your meticulous approach will make transitions a breeze.

Training Guru: Coordinate and deliver leadership training programs that empower our leaders with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.

Communication Champion: Facilitate effective communication and spearhead change management initiatives. Your efforts will ensure everyone is on the same page and ready to embrace change.

HR Metrics Maven: Analyze HR metrics and trends to uncover actionable insights and recommendations. Your data-driven approach will guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement.

Compliance Connoisseur: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, safeguarding our organization from potential risks and legal issues.

Recruitment Rockstar: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new hires. Your recruitment acumen will help us build a stellar team.

Talent Magnet: Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent, making our organization a magnet for the best and brightest.

Collaborative Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop spot-on job descriptions that capture the essence of each role.

Affirmative Action Advocate: Oversee affirmative action reporting and compliance requirements, ensuring our recruitment practices are fair and inclusive.

Who You Are

A wizard with at least 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a recruitment leadership role: You've got the HR magic touch, with a proven track record in both HR and recruitment.

Adaptability and willingness to learn: You're a lifelong learner, embracing change and new challenges with enthusiasm.

Qualified candidates for this role will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, demonstrating strategic HR capabilities.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
