The Role

The People Partner team is dedicated to driving business outcomes by cultivating a highly effective and engaged workforce in partnership with key business leaders. We work closely with all teams and at all levels to improve talent development, performance, and feedback across the organization. We help empower Palantirians to be as effective and impactful as possible.

People Partners wear many hats and work at both the strategic and tactical level. On any given day, we're designing new, scalable programs and frameworks, advising organizations on how to develop a culture of feedback, and iterating on how we can improve our efficacy as a team. We're involved in all the key moments of an employee's life cycle which results in a wide breadth of responsibilities and opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop deep relationships and build trust with key business owners.

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to business owners on people-related strategies and engagements.

  • Autonomously lead the design, implementation, and iteration of new people programs as well as assess and improve current people programs.

  • Engage on issues of organizational design, process, and workflows in order to help teams operate more effectively.

  • Utilize people metrics to drive key insights and decisions around growth and retention.

  • Coach the front line of Palantirians, functioning as an advocate and resource to resolve key employee issues.

If you're ready to make a difference in the lives of a company's most important assets, their people, submit your resume and let's talk about your success in the following as qualifications for the position. * Share your success for delivering a program of human capital interventions supporting both the business plan and any higher level HR strategy. * Detail how you've been able to support human capital change initiatives either stand-alone or as part of a broader program as required; lead smaller change activities for specific client groups. * Describe how you've executed actions resulting from organization re-design in anticipation of evolution in the business as a result of changing client expectations and requirements. * Discuss how you've been able to operationalize reward strategy for client businesses ensuring clear linkages between reward and recognition and performance, contribution and long term potential. * Share your experience with supporting the business on all talent management programs including executive and leadership development, performance management, succession planning, coaching, training, career development and diversity and inclusion initiatives. - Detail how you've advised clients about the importance of colleague engagement and drive actions to improve this in collaboration with the business. * Describe how you've successfully partnered with the Employee Relations team to manage all individual and collective employee relations issues to a successful conclusion with minimal operational, reputational or financial risk. * Discuss how you've been able to leverage data trends to make recommendations for critical business decisions.
