Requirements

HR Business Partner:This is where you come in. 

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a main resource for employees on questions related to their employment. They are responsible for employee lifecycle management, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance and policy.  

Main duties and responsibilities: 

Employee Lifecycle Management: 

• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the organization.  
• Manage offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews, and ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.  
• Facilitate internal transfers and promotions, working closely with managers to support career development opportunities. 
• Work with employees to navigate leaves of absence.    

Employee Relations:  

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.  
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, conflict resolution, and mutual respect.  

Compliance and Policy: 

• Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, updating as needed to reflect changes in laws or organizational needs.  
• Communicate policy changes to stakeholders.   

Your background: What kind of person will thrive in this role? 

You should have…

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field  
• 5+ years working in Human Resources  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint) 
• Understanding of state and federal employment regulations  
• Understanding of personnel and compliance records management

Benefits

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
