What you'll be doing...
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) provides a broad range of support to associates in multiple locations. In addition to directly supporting specific business teams, the HRBP may also lead HR related programs and projects. This role is located at our main offices in Seattle. You will:
Act as a HRBP by developing collaborative relationships with leaders to support their department's goals and performance metrics
Exhibit strong understanding of labor and employee relations
Support contract negotiations, grievance process, policy changes and maintenance
Coordinate unemployment claims to include responding to claims and attending hearings
Assist in performance management: coaching leaders, reviewing documentation and research
Travel to other Puget Sound office locations and regional offices as needed
Who you are...
Educated. BA degree or equivalent skills and experience, PHR highly desired
Experienced. Min. 5 years' HR experience, training and labor experience required
Knowledgeable. Strong knowledge of state and federal employment law
Communication. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Team Player. Work independently and able to collaborate with others
Tech Savvy. Strong MS Office skills and HR related technology platforms

Starting salary range of $6,318 - $8,548 per month. Pay is dependent on experience, skills, and qualifications.
