Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Addresses legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are administered uniformly across the branches of responsibility under the guidance of the VP-HR.

  • Assists in recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selection of candidates to fill vacant positions.

  • Conducts job analysis to determine appropriate salary level according to compensation guidelines and policy formulated by human resources executive.

  • Participates in administration of performance review system to ensure compliance.

  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.

  • Manages the workers compensation claims in territory of responsibility.

  • Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting.

  • Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.

  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Educates employees on benefit programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, vacation, sick leave, and leave of absence. Answers employee questions and concerns as it relates to benefits.

  • Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier and Safety Director.

  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.

  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover and increase employee engagement.

  • Represents branches at personnel-related hearings and investigations under advisement of VP-HR.

  • Responsible for the following branch locations: Evansville, IN, Louisville, KY, Paducah, KY, Bowling Green, KY, Hopkinsville, KY, Itasca, IL, Rockford, IL, Burr Ridge, IL, Grayslake, IL, and Madison, WI. These branches may be revised in the future due to business reasons.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management role over a multiple location operation. Have knowledge of state employment and workers compensation laws in regions responsible for.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises 1 - 3 non-exempt employees in the Human Resources department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include 30% travel to regional branches for recruiting, training employees and management; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance appraisals; addressing complaints and resolving issues.

Computer Skills:
Knowledge of Human Resource systems and Proficiency in MicroSoft Office skills required.

Certificates & Licenses: PHR or SPHR certification preferred

VIEW JOBS 1/5/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-05T00:00 ROLE: Global Partner Marketing Campaign Manager DEPARTMENT: Global Marketing Campaigns REPORTING TO: Senior Manager, Global Campaigns SITE: Open ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Global Partner Marketing Campaign Manager role oversees the provision of industry marketing campaign materials for our indirect channel partners. With ambitious growth plans for our indirect revenues this is a key role within the Campaign team. The candidate will work closely with both the Industry Marketing Managers who design our direct campaigns and the regional partner sales organization which is responsible for account planning plus shaping the revenue and demand activities partners will conduct. Working together successfully will drive IFS and partner growth in the aligned industries. The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional—with experience in B2B technology partner marketing and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals inside and outside the organization. The Global Partner Marketing Campaign Manager will be responsible for the provision of campaign materials that are suitable for channel partner usage; and manage the platform for their delivery to partners around the world (currently web site, moving to a partner marketing automation platform in future). Our market proposition is value-led and we provide our customers with solutions which solve the issues they face. Our industry marketing campaigns will be aligned to these issues and designed to build our reputation, deepen relationships and drive revenue. When implemented by partners their experiences should also strengthen their positive opinion of IFS. The role requires a strong understanding of the current and future IFS partner community and someone who is not afraid to think differently, contributing to the growth of our organization in a variety of ways. The ideal candidate will possess a great attitude and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This person should be creative, analytical, execution-oriented, with a track record in successful communication with, and motivation of, partners. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES: • Obsession with meeting demand generation goals that will grow the global business, driving key business metrics including inbound leads, MQLs, and SQLs. * Monitor, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness aligned to key metrics such as marketing influenced revenue, qualified sales leads, campaign performance. * Evangelize the program. Demonstrate impact on business. * Support regional partner teams in developing marketing plans with key partners that effectively drive awareness and adoption of IFS solutions. * Act as marketing adviser to regional partner sales and marketing teams, collaborating with them to deliver campaigns that resonate with our partners and their customers to meet growth and revenue targets. Working closely with them to manage our campaign-generated, indirect lead funnel. * Work closely with Global Industry Marketing Managers to understand the pain points, issues and topics in their campaigns, communicate with and advise regional teams and partners accordingly. * Transform direct industry marketing programs into partner demand generation vehicles that build IFS's brand reputation and deliver profitable revenue—programs that address the business challenges of clients. Programs should convey a differentiated market position for IFS. * Design and manage the production of high-value short and long form content (examples include advertising, direct mail, event toolkits, digital content, webinars and social media messaging) that support indirect revenue goals. * Provide innovative approaches and materials that will energize and excite partners. * Devise and implement an appropriate mix of tactics that will enable partners with a range of skills, resources and budgets to participate. * Plan and manage campaigns that deliver on time and which meet budget. Analyse and report progress against partner campaign goals and report on ROI. * Act as the central hub for partner campaign execution ensuring that best practices are shared and leveraged around the globe. * Manage campaign element delivery via the partner marketing automation tool. Assess localization requests and support them on a best-value and return on investment basis. * Work with strategic alliance partners/systems integrators via their internal business owners. Support the internal teams with asset delivery programs once they have devised and funded a defined project, mapped unique proposition etc. COMPETENCE NEEDS: • Proven ability to develop, execute, and manage a cross-functional integrated marketing strategy and execution plan to ensure achievement of business objectives for revenue. * Collaborate with regional teams to implement marketing programs. * Represent marketing internally and externally as a collaborative person with program knowledge and an ability to deliver on commitments. * Leverage the marketing supply chain to select resources that are efficient, timely and cost effective and which provide highest quality output with maximum market impact. * Work with regional partner and marketing teams to understand their industry and market priorities, advise on best practices, value of and potential return on proposed partner campaign tactics. * Monitor partner programs and conduct analysis to drive future improvements. * Work with product and solution teams to utilise relevant content for campaign execution. * Analyze partner demand generation campaign activity and effectiveness; share a performance dashboard regularly with stakeholders. Constantly monitor, optimise and fine tune campaign performance. * Share calendar of planned activity to support regional planning goals and timelines. * Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator an advantage. EDUCATION: • Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communications or a related business field. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: • 3-10 years of experience in a high growth, technology environment. * Supporting partners and partner sales teams with high quality information and assets. * Understanding of the IFS indirect business model. * Demand generation skills and customer-centric mentality. * Previous experience in B2B marketing. * Good understanding of social and digital tools.
